SWEDISH programs workout at Maleme gym  are designed according to the latest developments in order to provide you with safe, enjoyable and effective workout.
The choice of programs to suit you are after personal meeting with our trainers, along with medical opinion which is necessary to secure your workout.
Our trainers are experienced professionals and always at your disposal to help you find the right way to practice and to get quick results.

Small, useful tips for those who excersice SWEDISH gym:
  • Please be aware that your warm up and cool down are integral parts of the program.
  • For this reason we ask you to come early in the program and go after completing the entire program.
  • Follow the advice of your trainer and do not enter into the more advanced parts than what your physical condition allows.
  • Respect your body and at their own pace. Do not compare yourself with others.
  • The use of special Swedish sneakers will help you.
  • If during the program you feel uncomfortable, stop immediately and tell your trainer.
  • We must have spent at least 2 hours after the last meal. For swimming as well.

Note - For hygiene reasons it is mandatory to enter the room with sports footwear, with exclusive use of the gym and the use of a towel.
