The Fitboxe is a new explosive and dynamic method of fitness where the method of exercise is based on combat sports and aerobic exercise. The invention of fitboxe come from Italians and Americans and is called K-2.
 
Exercising in Fitboxe offers:
 
  • perfectly balanced practice of mind and body
  • sweating and burning fat
  • Resistance training
  • improve the strength of the heart and respiratory system
  • increase the speed and explosive power (kai)
  • confidence
The Fitboxe exercise is suitable for all men and women age 15 and over, and to get the right result, you need to workout three times a week at least.
 
To Fitboxe racing combines techniques of hits:
 
  • KARATE
  • KICK BOXING
  • THAI BOXING
  • BOXING
  • AND AEROBIC EXERCISE

All techniques are combined with intensity and music on the specially designed bags, and we provide complete safety from injury among athletes.
 
Note - For reasons of hygiene is mandatory to enter the room with sports footwear, with exclusive use of the gym and the use a towel.
